When Dr. Shannon Fogg, professor of history and political science, received a text from her daughter asking questions about the Vichy Regime for a school assignment, the professor was taken back by her daughter not knowing what she does as an educator. The exchange was amusing to Fogg and she shared the conversation on Twitter.

Dr. Michelle Pipes, a senior student support specialist for the Kummer Center for STEM Education, successfully defended her dissertation “Research and Relationship-Based Curriculum – Exploration of how research and relationship experiences in undergraduate education impact students’ employability, graduate education intention, and entrepreneurial acumen,” in April.
