Dr. Robert Marley, Robert B. Koplar Professor of engineering management, was recently elected to the Council of Fellows Board of the American Council on Education (ACE). He will serve for a 3-year term ending in 2025.

The ACE Fellows Program is the most comprehensive leadership development program for future leaders within higher education. Participants benefit from a customized and immersive learning experience, for typically one academic year, spent on another campus studying leadership practice, culture, policy, and decision-making processes, among other subjects.

Marley was an ACE Fellow himself during the 2012-13 academic year studying at Texas A&M in College Station. The Council of Fellows Board reviews and establishes priorities for the program, as well reviewing its financial accountability.
