Moats awarded medal for metallurgy achievements

Dr. Michael Moats, associate professor of metallurgical engineering, was awarded the James Douglas Gold Medal at the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration’s (SME) annual Meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in February.
