The S&T Student Emergency Fund has been created by counseling, disability support and student wellness (CDSW). This fund assists S&T students by providing financial support with unexpected emergency expenses that greatly affect their lives, including their ability to succeed academically. The financial support from this fund allows students to have their needs met and continue their education. Funds may be used for situations including medical care or prescriptions, groceries, or essential academic expenses.

An orientation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 22. Classes will be held from Wednesday, March 1, through Wednesday, April 26. Classes will not be held Wednesday, March 29. A retreat is planned Saturday, April 15.

Nominees are entered into a weekly raffle. One name is drawn weekly on each University of Missouri System campus and the weekly winner chooses a prize that supports wellness. Read More »Beginning this fall, a student taking courses for an associate’s degree at East Central College could also take classes for his or her bachelor’s degree at Missouri S&T during the same semester as part of the two colleges’ concurrent enrollment program. Approved by the Department of Higher Education’s Coordinating Board for Higher Education earlier this month, the concurrent enrollment program is designed to help students earn a degree in less time while spending less on college.
