“Walk for India” fundraiser to support efforts to fight pandemic
Chancellor Mo Dehghani and the India Association at Missouri S&T will sponsor a “Walk for India” event to raise funds to support India in that nation’s efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will be held 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 6, on the S&T campus. The event will begin at the Havener Center, with participants walking a short route through campus to show support for India.

Vaccine clinic planned tomorrow at Havener Center
In partnership with Phelps Health, Missouri S&T will host a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. It will be a walk-up clinic; no appointment is necessary. Please print, complete and bring a consent form with you to the clinic.

Missouri S&T to hold in-person commencement May 14-15
Missouri S&T will honor graduating students while following COVID-19 safety guidelines during four commencement ceremonies scheduled for May 14-15 in the Gale Bullman Building. Commencement ceremonies will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 14, and at 9 a.m., noon and 3 p.m. Saturday, May 15.

Phelps Health will hold a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for Missouri S&T faculty, staff and student employees 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, April 1, at the Church of Christ in Rolla. The church is located at 1303 Nagogami Road, next to Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I Headquarters. To attend, please complete this online form. You will be emailed paperwork to complete and bring to the clinic on April 1. There is no cost to you for the vaccine.
