April 9 vaccine clinic open to S&T community, appointments required

Jordan Valley Community Health Center will hold a drive-thru mass COVID-19 vaccine event for all Missouri residents as well as college students in Missouri 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday, April 9, at the Phelps Health parking lot located at One Innovation Drive in Rolla.
The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be administered on April 9. The second dose will be administered on Friday, April 30, at the same location. It is important that you return for the second dose to develop the highest level of immunity.
Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment for the April 9 clinic, follow these steps:
- Register on Missouri’s Vaccine Navigator site at covidvaccine.mo.gov/navigator or call 877-435-8411 to get an 8-10 digit patient identification number.
- Using that patient ID number, schedule an appointment at https://bit.ly/3fCZ970.
- You will also need to bring your patient ID number to the April 9 clinic.
Please wear a short-sleeve shirt and bring to the clinic your completed vaccine consent form, your photo ID and your patient ID number.
Jordan Valley Community Health Center is hosting the event in partnership with Missouri S&T, the Phelps-Maries County Health Department, Phelps Health, the Missouri National Guard, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency.
