COVID-19 vaccine availability with Phelps Health

First dose Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine appointments are available for all Missouri residents age 16 and older at a drive-through location in the parking lot across from Phelps Health’s emergency room on West 10th Street.
Pre-registration is required at https://covid19vaccine.phelpshealth.org/mychart/covid19. Individuals will be notified through MyChart when they can set up their vaccination appointment. Individuals who are unable to register electronically and who do not have a Phelps Health primary care provider can call 573-458-7954 to be manually placed on the vaccine wait list.
Missouri residents age 16 or 17 who want to get the COVID-19 vaccine must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form at https://bit.ly/3dxpCAg, and the guardian must accompany the patient to the appointment.
