Phelps Health will hold a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for Missouri S&T faculty and staff 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, April 1, at the Church of Christ in Rolla. The church is located at 1303 Nagogami Road, next to Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I Headquarters. To attend, please complete this online form.

After completing the online form, Doug Roberts, chief of University Police and a member of S&T’s COVID-19 Incident Command Team (ICT), will email you two documents to print, complete and bring to the clinic on April 1. Please bring your insurance card to the clinic as well. There is no cost to you for the vaccine.

Beginning today (Monday, March 29), Phase 2 of the state’s COVID-19 vaccination plan opens. The phase includes individuals in several occupational groups, including faculty and staff who work in higher education.

Phase 3, set to open on April 9, will open vaccine eligibility to all Missourians, which will include college students who didn’t previously qualify for the vaccine. For the purposes of the vaccine, college and university students in Missouri are considered “temporary residents” and are eligible to register and receive the COVID-19 vaccination in this state during the appropriate phase of vaccine dissemination.
