Read More »Due to deteriorating weather conditions, Missouri S&T is closing early today (Thursday, Jan. 11). Employees may leave at 4 p.m. unless asked to stay by their supervisor. University Police will remain open 24/7. Some facility crew members will remain on campus to treat parking lots, driveways and sidewalks. Tonight’s basketball games against Truman State University at Gale Bullman are not cancelled.

In a talk for a general audience, Roberts will discuss birding and wildlife encounters from the deserts, jungles and polar regions. Read More »Havener Center’s carpeting is being replaced. While much of the work was completed during winter break, the project will extend into the first week of classes, Jan. 16-19. During this time, access to the building’s second-floor atrium, Silver and Gold Room, quiet lounge, and the front entrance of the Student Involvement and Leadership Center may be temporarily limited. Signs will be displayed to direct visitors. If the grand staircase is blocked, individuals may access Havener Center’s second floor via elevators and alternate stairwells.

Requests for non-academic meetings, events and banquets are handled by the Havener Center’s event services staff on a first-come, first-served basis.
