Celebrate Engineers Week at S&T
This week, Feb. 17-23, is recognized as National Engineers Week. The observance is part of a national effort to celebrate how engineers make a difference in the world, to increase public dialogue about the need for engineers and to bring engineering to life. The National Weather Service in Springfield, Missouri, has issued a winter weather advisory through midnight tonight. The advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads and limited visibility, and use caution while driving. Missouri S&T is currently open. If a decision is made to close campus or cancel classes, students, faculty and staff will be notified via email and text. Check alert.mst.edu for winter weather tips and information on cancellations or university closings.
