Geotechnical engineering expert to present Prakash lecture

Dr. W.D. Liam Finn, professor emeritus of civil engineering at the University of British Columbia and president of Pan-American Engineering and Computing Services, will present as part of the Shamsher and Sally Prakash Distinguished Lecture Series in Geotechnical Engineering. The lecture, titled “Aspects of Soil-Structure Interaction,” will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 9, in Room 125 Butler-Carlton Hall.
