Celebrate Flag Day (June 14) and the first official day of summer (June 21) with free fireworks at S&T. The displays will begin at approximately 8:45 p.m. Friday, June 14, and Friday, June 21, from Parking Area M-36, located west of the Engineering Research Laboratory.

Parking Lot F, located near Fulton Hall and Parker Hall, will be closed Tuesday, June 18, to conduct a training exercise with a scenario involving S&T’s research reactor. Do not be alarmed if you see emergency response vehicles such as fire trucks, police cars and ambulances in the area.

University Police is offering a self-defense class named Rape, Aggression, Defense (R.A.D.) training for women noon-6 p.m. Thursday, June 20, and Friday, June 21, in Room G-5D of Campus Support Facility. The classes are free for Missouri S&T students and employees.
