The Havener Center reservations office reminds the campus community that rooms are not reserved until a confirmation with an event reference number is issued. Reservation confirmations are sent to the requestor via email. The electronic response which pops up when the online form is completed and submitted does not guarantee space availability, nor confirm the reservation. If there are issues with a reservation request, the requestor will be contacted via email or telephone.

Catering services for the campus are addressed in Policy Memorandum I-92. Outside food may not be brought into meetings or events in the Havener Center. Requests must be approved by Chartwells Dining Services and the campus contract liaison.
