Doctoral and master’s degree candidates — Friday, May 15
Arrive by 5 p.m. at the Gale Bullman Building. The ceremony begins at 6 p.m. Doctoral students and advisors will assemble in the Aerobics Room on the main level. Master’s degree candidates will assemble in the Student Recreation Center on the lower level. Please use the graduate entrance on the lower level of Gale Bullman.

Bachelor’s degree candidates — Saturday, May 16
Ceremony times are split by discipline (10 a.m. and 3 p.m.). Please arrive no later than one hour before your ceremony in your cap and gown. Bachelor’s degree candidates will assemble in the Student Recreation Center on the lower level of the Gale Bullman Building. Please use the graduate entrance on the lower level of Gale Bullman.

• Getting your name right matters to us. Complete the pronunciation form by May 8.
• If you have not ordered your cap and gown, you can still purchase it at the S&T Store.
