Facilities planning and operations will launch a new work order management system, WebTMA, on Monday, May 4.
WebTMA will replace the current system, Maximo, and provide a user‑friendly way to submit and track service requests.
What to expect:
Training guides will be available to support users during the transition.
Beginning Monday, all new work order requests must be submitted through the WebTMA portal. The link to the new system is below and on the facilities planning and operations website.
