Facilities order system upgrade launches May 4

Facilities planning and operations will launch a new work order management system, WebTMA, on Monday, May 4.

WebTMA will replace the current system, Maximo, and provide a user‑friendly way to submit and track service requests.

What to expect:

  • A new online portal for submitting work order requests
  • Improved tracking and communication regarding request status
  • A more intuitive interface for improved user experience.

Training guides will be available to support users during the transition.

Beginning Monday, all new work order requests must be submitted through the WebTMA portal. The link to the new system is below and on the facilities planning and operations website.

Important notes:

  • Requests submitted in Maximo before Monday, May 4, will continue to be processed
  • Maximo will no longer accept new requests after Monday.
  • Do not begin using WebTMA before Monday.
