Missouri S&T’s Sigma Alpha Phi chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success will host a free car show noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 7, in Area C Lot 48, at the corner of Bishop Avenue and Ninth Street, near Altman Hall. The event, which is open to the public, will feature music, food vendors, raffles and the chance to vote on the cars. Register online to enter a car in the show. Registration costs $5 per vehicle. The Rolla Police Tactical Unit and the Phelps County Warrant Service Team are using the former TKE fraternity house, located on campus next to Bertelsmeyer Hall, for tactical training sessions.
