The next offering in the Fall 2012 Free Film Festival, The Crowd, will be shown at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, in Leach Theatre. The film is free and open to the public. Directed by King Vidor, the 1928 film is a dramatization of the concerns and dangers of urbanization and modernity.
