Celebrate 50 years of engineering management

In 1966, leaders at Missouri S&T founded the world’s first engineering management program. The campus community is invited to join engineering management alumni, students, faculty and staff to celebrate the program’s 50th anniversary at a reception from 4-6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, in the Engineering Management Building. CSMMS announces fall meeting

The Central States Microscopy and Microanalysis Society’s fall meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, in the Havener Center. CSMMS is a local affiliate of the Microscopy Society of America. Dr. Delbert Day, Curators’ Distinguished Professor emeritus of materials science and engineering, will serve as the event’s keynote speaker. Day will present “Role of Bio-glass/Microscopy in Health Care.”

LEAD course assistance available
