Missouri S&T students with entrepreneurial visions can advance their ideas and win prize money by participating in the Entrepreneur Quest (EQ) Student Accelerator, a new University of Missouri System program. Student Health Services remains open during road construction

Following the replacement of a water line, the City of Rolla Public Works is repaving a portion of Tenth Street, from Highway 63 (Bishop Ave.) to Innovation Drive. During this time, portions of the street may be blocked intermittently. S&T’s Student Health Services will remain open. Students or employees unable to park at the building at 910 W. 10th St. may instead park on Poole Street or in lots Q (near the Kummer Student Design Center) and X (near the Gale Bullman Building).

Accreditation site visit underway, visit team tomorrow

Missouri S&T welcomes a team of peer reviewers representing the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to campus as part of the university’s accreditation process. Several forums today will help the reviewers assess whether S&T meets HLC’s criteria for accreditation. The campus community is invited to drop by and visit with HLC team members 8:30-9:30 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct. 9) in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. The HLC visit will conclude tomorrow.

  • 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in St. Pat’s C of the Havener Center
  • 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, in St. Pat’s Ballroom A and B of the Havener Center
