The career opportunities and employer relations (COER) staff will host an etiquette dinner 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, in the St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center. Fundamentals of proper dining etiquette will be explained during the five-course meal. Students must RSVP by Monday, Oct. 15, and log into Handshake to sign up.
The dinner is open to all students and can help them prepare for dining with potential employers. Reservations are limited based on space available. Transportation is not provided by the university or COER. There is a $15 reservation fee that is applied to the student’s account to cover partial cost of the meal. (COER covers 50 percent of the meal costs to subsidize the training.) Reservations cancelled after the RSVP date and no-shows will be subject to an additional $15 fee to cover the full cost of the meal.
