Get your flu shot Wednesday

Missouri S&T will hold two flu shot clinics:
- 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in St. Pat’s C of the Havener Center
- 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, in St. Pat’s Ballroom A and B of the Havener Center
Please bring a completed flu shot form and your University of Missouri System insurance card. Shots are free for individuals enrolled in a UM medical plan and cost $20 for those not enrolled. Eligible employees can earn 50 points toward the 2019 Wellness Incentive.
