Leaf-raking fundraiser for bands

Flu immunization clinic open to insured spouses and dependents age 9 and up

The flu immunization clinic on Nov. 4 is open to Missouri S&T employees and their Coventry-insured spouses and dependents age 9 and older. Parents are required to accompany and sign a consent form for dependents ages 9 to 18. There is no requirement for a physician authorization.
