Flu immunization clinic open to insured spouses and dependents age 9 and up

The flu immunization clinic on Nov. 4 is open to Missouri S&T employees and their Coventry-insured spouses and dependents age 9 and older. Parents are required to accompany and sign a consent form for dependents ages 9 to 18. There is no requirement for a physician authorization.
The clinic is conducted by Maxim Health Systems from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. The immunizations are covered under Coventry at no cost to employees and dependents with a valid Coventry insurance card. Employees not covered under Coventry can purchase a flu shot for $26.
