The award is presented by the arts, languages and philosophy department and co-sponsored by the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education and the College of Engineering and Computing.
The winner will receive a certificate of recognition and $1,300. The runner-up will receive a certificate of recognition and $700.

Renaissance Student Award goes to Reece Watson
Reece Watson, a senior in computer science and computer engineering, has been named Missouri S&T’s Renaissance Student for 2024. Watson received the award, which included a $1,000 prize, on Thursday, May 2, at a ceremony hosted by arts, languages and philosophy.
