Mentors help with homework, play games, listen and build a relationship with an elementary student. Student diversity initiatives seeks faculty and staff mentors for the Trailblazers program for first-generation students. Mentors should be passionate about supporting undergraduate first-generation students and willing to devote time to meet with mentees monthly to form a mentoring relationship.
