A planned power outage is scheduled 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, April 18, to support the Applied Research Center capital project. The outage is scheduled for a weekend to minimize academic disruption.

Facilities that will be affected by the power outage include:

  • Computer Science Building
  • Curtis Laws Wilson Library
  • Straumanis‑James Hall

Buildings will not be accessible during the outage. There will be no power, network access or card access, and any meetings or events scheduled in these spaces should be relocated. Building occupants should ensure that computers and research equipment are shut down by the end of the workday on Friday, April 17.
