Faculty, staff needed to mentor first-generation students

Student diversity initiatives seeks faculty and staff mentors for the Trailblazers program for first-generation students. Mentors should be passionate about supporting undergraduate first-generation students and willing to devote time to meet with mentees monthly to form a mentoring relationship.
The mentor-mentee relationship fostered through the Trailblazers program gives mentors the opportunity to share their experiences and helpful advice with students. Mentors play a key role in helping build a sense of community.
