Toomey Hall HVAC work began Monday
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system improvements are scheduled for construction in Toomey Hall over the next nine weeks, beginning Monday, May 13, extending through Friday, July 12. This work will impact the air conditioning throughout the building.

Three Missouri S&T students have clinched national recognition in nuclear engineering and radiation science. For the 2024-2025 school year, the American Nuclear Society has awarded scholarships to Mason Darling, Landon Viers, and Drew Barringhaus on a national level.

Missouri S&T commencement speakers announced
More than 1,000 Missouri S&T graduates will be awarded degrees during three upcoming commencement ceremonies. Dr. Oscar Barton, dean of engineering at Morgan State University in Baltimore and member of the Missouri S&T Board of Trustees, will speak at the May 12 ceremony for Ph.D. graduates. Susan M. Simmons, retired senior resident engineer at Anheuser-Busch Inc. and president of the Missouri S&T Board of Trustees, will speak at both May 13 ceremonies.
