All faculty members are encouraged to participate in the academic processional for one or more of the four commencement ceremonies this May. Participants in the academic processionals must wear academic attire.

The doctoral ceremony will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in Leach Theatre. The undergraduate and master’s degree ceremonies will be held in Gale Bullman Building as follows: 6 p.m. Friday, May 13; 10 a.m. Saturday, May 14; and 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 14. In order to provide seating for faculty, please email Dr. Steve Raper at sraper@mst.edu and let him know which ceremonies you plan to attend.

Faculty should arrive at least 45 minutes before each ceremony’s start time. For the May 7 commencement, faculty advisors should meet their students in the band room, Room 137 of Castleman Hall, and all other faculty should meet in the dressing rooms, Rooms 120 and 121 of Castleman Hall. For the May 13-14 ceremonies, faculty should meet in the Gale Bullman Building’s aerobics room.
