CIO forums to be held via Zoom meetings
Open forums for Missouri S&T’s three chief information officer finalists will continue to be held this week. Instead of the in-person forums previously scheduled, however, the meetings will be held via Zoom at the following times:
- 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 16, via Zoom
- 1 p.m. Monday, March 16, via Zoom
- 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, via Zoom

Beginning Monday, June 3 2019, the IT Help Desk will observe summer hours. The Help Desk’s walk-in center will be open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The IT Help Desk’s phone line and online live chat will be available 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Dan Voss from Florida State University is joining the Midwest Big Data Hub to present a two-day data carpentry workshop to demonstrate the uses of computerized data analysis in genomics. The workshop will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, and Sunday, Sept. 16, in Havener Center, the weekend before the S&T’s Research and Technology Development (RTD2018) conference.
