Upgrade your computer to Windows 10

The S&T IT department reminds employees that it is a good time to upgrade your Windows 7 computer to the Windows 10 operating system. To request an upgrade, please contact the IT Help Desk at 341-4357 (HELP), visit the help desk on the first floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library, or submit a ticket online at help.mst.edu.
The upgrade is available for these computer models:
Desktops
- Dell Optiplex 5040, 5050, and 5060
- Dell Optiplex 790, 7010 and 7020
Laptops
- Dell Latitude e5450, e5470, e5550, and e5570,
- Dell Latitude e6440, e6540,
- Dell Latitude e7xxx
If you do not see your computer model or are not sure which model it is, please contact the IT Help Desk at 341-4357(HELP).
