Counseling, disability support and student wellness (CDSW) offers a three-session workshop, “Worriers to Warriors: Conquering Test Anxiety,” to help students manage anxiety and perform better academically. The series will be held 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Feb. 22, March 1 and March 8. For the location and to reserve their space, students should contact counsel@mst.edu or call CDSW at 341-4211.

This fund assists S&T students by providing financial support with unexpected emergency expenses that greatly affect their lives, including their ability to succeed academically. The financial support from this fund allows students to have their needs met and continue their education. Funds may be used for situations including medical care or prescriptions, groceries, or essential academic expenses.

Counseling, disability support and student wellness (CDSW) groups are confidential and life enhancing. They offer support groups for students with ADHD or Asperger’s, an ongoing general therapy group and a three-week Test Anxiety Workshop.
