Researchers present at University of Western Cape workshop

Cole Rischbieter, a Ph.D. student in physics, and his advisor, Dr. Shun Saito, assistant professor of physics, presented their research at a workshop hosted by the University of Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa. Their travel was supported by the University of Missouri South African Education Program, which fosters academic collaboration between the University of Missouri System and the University of the Western Cape.

Epting shares in critic event on his book

On March 2, Dr. Shane Epting, assistant professor of philosophy, participated in an online author-meets-critics event on his book, The Morality of Urban Mobility: Technology and Philosophy of the City. The event was hosted by the Philosophy of Science, Engineering and Technology Research Group at the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology in Germany.
