Hundreds of visitors are expected on campus in the coming days for the following events:
- The 27th annual spring meeting of the NASA-Missouri Space Grant Consortium will be held in the Havener Center on Friday, April 20, and Saturday, April 21. Attendees on both days will park in Lot H, located at University Drive and Highway 63, or Lot C-48, located at the corner of 11th and Bishop streets.
- Prospective students and families will explore S&T during a Discover Day, hosted by the office of admissions.
- Approximately 650 students will participate in the Missouri Technology Student Association (TSA) State Conference from Sunday, April 22, to Tuesday, April 24. Most activities will be held at the Havener Center and the Student Recreation Center.

Do you know the punchline to “Knock knock?” Student Life invites you to join a team and take on Miner Challenge Trivia at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 21, in St. Pat’s C of the Havener Center. Individuals are invited to submit poetry for reading at PoetSpeak, which will be held 7 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at Christ Episcopal Church, located at 1000 N. Main St. in Rolla. Entries are due Friday, April 13. PoetSpeak is sponsored by Arts Rolla and Missouri S&T’s arts, languages and philosophy department. Entries are limited to 100 lines for the combined poems submitted, and poets must be age 18 or older. There is no entrance fee.Read More »
