Read More »There is a natural gas leak in Rolla near Vienna Road and Vichy Road. The roads surrounding the leak are being closed while Ameren Energy deals with the leak. Rolla Fire and Rescue responded to the scene. Ameren is on site. There is no danger, but students, staff and faculty who live in the area may be inconvenienced by road closures.

University Police will assist with traffic as approximately 60 military vehicles roll through Rolla on Highway 63 (Bishop Avenue) around noon tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 20). The convoy is part of the Military Vehicle Preservation Association’s trip on Historic Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica, with a detour planned tomorrow on U.S. 63 to local VFW Post 2025.
