Duan’s paper on acoustic radiation recognized by NASA

Dr. Lian Duan, assistant professor of aerospace engineering, co-authored a paper that received a third-place H.J.E. Reid Award. The Reid Award is NASA Langley Research Center’s top award recognizing technical excellence in research publications. Duan and Meelan M. Choudhari, an aerospace engineer at Langley, wrote the paper, titled “Numerical Study of Acoustic Radiation due to a Supersonic Turbulent Boundary Layer.”

Flags to fly at half staff

Sexual Assault Awareness Week begins today
