Water outage planned at Computer Science Building

While crews repair a water line, S&T’s Computer Science Building will experience a temporary water outage 8-10 a.m. tomorrow (Friday, May 25). Library to host civil war exhibition

The Curtis Laws Wilson Library will host an exhibition, “Impressions of the Civil War in the West,” beginning Friday, June 8, and ending Friday, Aug. 31. It will be free and open to the public on the second floor gallery of the library. The exhibit will feature artwork by local artist Dan Woodward. Staff Day set for May 30

Celebrate Missouri S&T’s Staff Appreciation Day on Wednesday, May 30. The theme is “Fiesta at High Noon.” An opening ceremony will kick off the day’s festivities at 9 a.m. in the St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center. Staff will be served a free lunch 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Havener Center’s dining area. The food auction will begin at 2 p.m. in the dining area.

Physics professor’s play opens tomorrow

The University of Missouri System will hold a pre-retirement seminar via telepresence 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, in Room 201A of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library. The free seminar is designed for faculty and staff 10 years or less from retirement; however, all faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
