Flags to fly at half-staff Sept. 13
By order of Gov. Mike Parson, all U.S. and Missouri flags at state and government offices will be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset Thursday, Sept. 13, in memory of Deputy Sheriff Aaron P. Roberts of Springfield, Missouri. He died in the line of duty Sept. 7.

Library now open 24 hours
Beginning today (Monday, Sept. 10), the Curtis Laws Wilson Library is shifting to a 24-hour accessible building. This shift to 24 hours only reflects access to the building itself. Crowdfunding campaign underway for Celebration of Nations
Celebration of Nations organizers are raising funds to offset operational costs in order to keep the tradition alive and free for attendees.
