Brand symposium offers professional development opportunity

Parking lot M-36, located near McNutt Hall, will close at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, to allow for a fireworks display as part of the RTD2018 Conference. All vehicles must be moved out of the lot by 5 p.m. Monday. The fireworks show will start at 8 p.m. and is open to the public to watch from the Havener Center lawn.

See Saturn at observatory event
The Missouri S&T Observatory will open its doors at 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, for viewing Saturn and its rings. The observatory is located at 1550 N. Bishop Ave., next to S&T’s Stonehenge replica.

The office of student disability services will move from its current location in Room 203 Norwood Hall to Room G-10 Norwood Hall on Monday, Sept. 17. This move follows the recent restructuring of testing and student disability services into a comprehensive department designed to provide enhanced services for students, faculty and staff.
