Beginning Thursday, March 19, custodial and landscape services staff will begin cleaning and then closing rooms that are not currently in use on the S&T campus. This may include but is not limited to classrooms, recreational rooms and conference rooms.

Chancellor Mo Dehghani sent the following message to students on March 18. Students who remove all belongings and check out of their residence hall by Tuesday, March 24, will receive S&T’s highest discount available of up to a 45% discount in their housing bill for this semester.

As a reminder, Missouri S&T events, meetings and gatherings of 10 or more individuals are now suspended, in accordance with the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All universities within the UM System began following these guidelines on March 17 and will do so until further notice.

Beginning Friday, March 20, the exterior doors to buildings listed below will be accessible to students, faculty and staff with a valid university ID card during the hours shown below until further notice. We are taking these steps to ensure the continued safety and security of individuals who remain on campus and in our buildings. The exterior doors to these buildings will be locked during these hours, but fully accessible to students, faculty and staff with a valid campus ID. Those who had access outside of these hours prior to today will continue to have access.
