Power outage planned Thursday, Oct. 5

As part of the construction of S&T’s substation, a power outage is scheduled to begin at 6 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5. The outage is expected to last up to four hours and affects Norwood Hall, Castleman Hall and Centennial Hall.
