The Staff Council election ballots will soon be arriving in campus mail. Do your part by casting your vote for the staff member you’d like to represent you on Staff Council. “The Spirit of Change,” a movement of students inspiring students, was founded by new student programs in 2010. Since then, approximately $3,500 has been raised to provide random acts of kindness from students to fellow students throughout the semester. These may include a free cup of coffee or an umbrella in the rain.

Missouri S&T Surplus will hold a public garage sale from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3. The sale will be located at the surplus warehouse at 301 N. Bishop Ave. (Highway 63) in Rolla. Items for sale will include bookshelves, file cabinets, chairs, desks, computer systems, flat panel monitors and more.
