Dr. Shamsher Prakash, professor emeritus in civil, architectural and environmental engineering, will be recognized at a luncheon to be held during the seventh International Conference on Case Histories in Geotechnical Engineering in Chicago, on May 4. Prakash is being honored for his work and dedication to the geotechnical profession.
