Fiscal year ends June 30; closing calendar online

The university’s fiscal year ends on June 30 and the 2013 closing calendar is now available on the UM Controller’s website: https://uminfopoint.umsystem.edu/media/fa/controller/Accounting%20Services/Calendars/FY13_End_User_calendar.pdf. The calendar provides important FY13 deadlines and processing information for accounting, budget and procurement activities, including journal entries, non-PO voucher, travel and expense activity, ARBI invoicing, CRR and ARR deposits, budget entry, Show-Me Shop, purchase order requisitions, and purchasing card activity.
