The Miner Alumni Association invites all faculty and staff to attend Homecoming 2012: Miner Roadtrip. The Oct. 12-13 weekend events include the Silver and Gold Gathering, a tailgate party and classic car cruise-in, and the Miner Legends Banquet. More details below:

On Friday, Oct. 12, you’re invited to the Silver and Gold Gathering on the patio of Leach Theatre in Castleman Hall. A social hour begins at 5 p.m., dinner follows from 6-7:30 p.m., with social time continuing until 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for children under age 6.
The Kick-Off Tailgate Party and classic car cruise-in will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at the alumni tent in Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building parking lot. Tickets purchased at the door are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for children under age 6.
On Saturday evening, Oct 13, some of S&T’s distinguished alumni will receive awards at the Alumni Association Miner Legends Banquet which will be held in the St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center. A reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:45 p.m. Tickets are $30 for an adult dinner with a cash bar available, $15 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for children under age 6. You are invited to help honor the following awardees:
