The large weight room in the Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building will close on Thursday, April 2, for renovation of the fitness facilities. This will require relocation of equipment as follows:
A campuswide power outage at Missouri S&T is planned for Tuesday, March 24, to allow one of the substation transformers to be lifted back into place and other repairs to be made.
This will require a total power outage beginning at 6 a.m., and lasting up to two hours for all university buildings on the main campus (generally between Pine and State streets and between 10th and 16th streets, including the Havener Center, McNutt Hall, Quad Dorms, Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building, Student Recreation Center, General Services, Comp Flow Lab, and Temporary Research Facility).
Buildings fed directly by Rolla Municipal Utilities will not be affected. These include: Campus Support Facility, Bureau of Mines buildings, Residential Colleges No. 1 and 2, Thomas Jefferson Hall, South Central Regional Professional Development Center, Nagogami Apartments, Rock Mechanics, Miner Recreation, Student Design Center Shop Facility, Student Health Center, Custodial and Landscape Services, Southwestern Bell Cultural Center, 1304 North Pine, Campus Housing and Dining, and 14th Street Building.

The Student Recreation Center (west side of Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building) will have a power outage beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, March 23, and continuing through Friday, March 27. There will be electrical outages at the Materials Research Center and the Computer Science Building on Monday, Jan. 19. MRC will be down from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. to make improvements to the campus electrical loop. The Computer Science Building will be down from 7-8 a.m. to bring a new building transformer online. The campuswide power outage on Monday, Dec. 22, will require a total power outage beginning at 7 a.m., and lasting up to two hours for all university buildings on the main campus. An announcement will be made on Public Radio station KMST, 88.5 FM, when power is restored. A notice will also be emailed to the campus at that time.

Main Street between 10th and 11th streets will be closed to all traffic beginning at 5 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, and will remain closed through 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, for the Miner Alumni Association Block Party. Any vehicles parked in this area at 5 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, are subject to being towed.
