The University of Missouri System’s 2018 participants in the Dr. Elson S. Floyd Administrative Leadership Development Program (ALDP) have been selected. Participants include administrative staff members at the four UM System campuses, the University of Missouri System and the University of Missouri Health System. UM System, McGraw-Hill Education expand access to affordable course materials
The University of Missouri System and learning science company McGraw-Hill Education announced on March 7 an agreement that will increase student access to affordable course materials. The cost of all McGraw-Hill Education electronic textbooks will be lowered by an additional 38 percent to meet the university system’s definition of low cost.

Tenured faculty and tenure-track faculty can apply for a 12-week Faculty Success Program. The University of Missouri System is a member of the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD), which provides the training. Applicants can choose to participate in a cohort during the summer 2018, fall 2018 or spring 2019 semester. Scholarships are available through the UM System. Applications are due Sunday, April 1.
