To streamline social media efforts, social media training will be required in the fall semester for anyone with access to university-affiliated social media accounts.

May 30, in Hasselmann Alumni House. Employees can receive wellness incentive
points for attending the workshops. All staff members can attend – even if your

Katrina Ward will present a computer science seminar, titled “Balancing Privacy and Social Media” 10-10:50 a.m. Monday, April 22, in Room 209 Computer Science Building. Atta Ur Rehman, a Ph.D. student in mining and nuclear engineering, will present a talk at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, in the loft at the Public House Brewing Co. in Rolla. His presentation is titled “Investigating Information Diffusion Potential of Social Media Networks for Effective Community Engagement.”
