You are invited to join Missouri S&T as we kick off Manufacturing Day with a groundbreaking ceremony for the Missouri Protoplex at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5. When it opens in fall 2025, the Protoplex will anchor S&T’s planned manufacturing and innovation campus.

Proposed manufacturing research and development facility included in governor’s initial budget

The Missouri Protoplex facility is among the projects included in Missouri Gov. Mike Parson’s proposed budget for higher education capital improvement projects. The facility will serve as the anchor building for the university’s planned manufacturing technology and innovation campus to be constructed north of Interstate 44.
