Luks takes helm as ASEE president
Dr. Christi Luks, teaching professor and associate chair of the Linda and Bipin Doshi Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, is now president of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE). Luks’ term as president began in June after the ASEE annual conference in Montreal, Canada.

General Faculty meeting planned tomorrow
The Missouri S&T General Faculty will hold its annual spring meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, in Room 125 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. Topics include recognition of patent awards, and reports from Dr. Mun Choi, president of the University of Missouri System, and Dr. Michael Bruening, president of S&T’s Faculty Senate.
